Biography:

Samantha (AKA Sammy) was born and raised in Cape Town. She completed her studies at the University of Stellenbosch, which includes a BSc Sport Science undergraduate degree and a BSc (Hons) in Biokinetics. Sammy loves a good cup of coffee; morning run and a sun rise swim on the weekend. Her goals for this year are to help others make a difference by reaching their potential through evidence-based practice.
