Biography:

Abigail completed a BSc Sport Science and thereafter graduated with an honours in Kinderkinetics in 2022 at Stellenbosch University. Furthermore, she pursued and completed a Dynamic Movement Intervention (DMI) Therapy Course in New York. She has a really big passion for children and to help them reach their full potential. Along with her passion, she aspires to in still confidence and ensure children and all others, should be loved and accepted just the way they are. She is currently leading the kinderkinetics discipline at The Enable Centre and at a paediatric centre in Diep River. Despite hailing from Pretoria, like a true Cape-Tonian, Abigail loves spending time with people, especially when it’s in nature; whether it is hiking, running, having a beach day or watching the sunset.
