Biography:

Demarco brings an energetic and dedicated approach to rehabilitation and wellness, with a strong passion for sport and the outdoors. He excels at translating the science of movement into practical, enjoyable and results-driven sessions.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Movement Sciences from North-West University and completed his Honours in Biokinetics at the University of the Western Cape, providing a solid foundation in clinical exercise prescription.

Outside the practice, he enjoys hiking and various sports, and firmly believes that freedom of movement is essential to a fulfilling life. He is passionate about empowering clients to bridge the gap between rehabilitation and confident, active living.
